  5. Mar 25,  · I actually wish George's LP was filled with "Electronic Music" It definitely is just "electronic sound." One side, "Under the Mersey Wall" (? -- the side without Bernie Krause) sounds like Harrison just going through the manual for a Moog synthesizer and twiddling things and then overdubbing a second track on top of that.
  6. George Harrison's second and most experimental album Electronic Sound had the potential to be a landmark recording in early pop-crossover electronic music (think Walter/Wendy Carlos). "Under the Mersey Wall" just barely succeeds, as it manages to highlight the features of the Moog synthesizer while flirting with picturesque proto-ambient figures.
